Welcome to Bolsavira (A Venture By DesireOn). We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read the shipping terms below carefully to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your products.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In the event of a high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

 

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

Non-Metro Locations 5 – 8 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7 – 10 business days

*These are estimated timelines and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Charge is available on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Shipping Rates are as follows:
    • Order Value (0 - ₹300) :
      • Shipping: ₹60
    • Order Value (₹301 - ₹700) :
      • Shipping: ₹80
    • Order Value (₹701 - ₹1600) :
      • Shipping: ₹90
    • Order Value (₹1601 - ₹2500) :
      • Shipping: ₹100
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply (if applicable, it will be displayed at checkout).

  • International shipping can only be arranged through call or video calls.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us at bolsavira@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Delays & Liability

  • Bolsavira (DesireOn) is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, operational issues, or events beyond our control.

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.

  • We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or failure to accept the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.

  • Reshipping may incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return And Refund Policy

 

Change of Shipping Address

You may update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing bolsavira@gmail.com
Once the order is processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.
