1. No Return or Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, dimensions, and images before placing their order. Our customer care team is always available to answer any questions regarding material, color, or size prior to purchase.
2. Exchange Policy (Applicable Only for Defective or Damaged Items)
We understand that, on rare occasions, an item may arrive with a manufacturing defect or physical damage. In such cases, we offer an exchange for the same product, subject to the conditions below:

You must notify us within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

You must share clear images or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage.

Once verified and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item.
Requests submitted after the 7-day window or without proper proof of damage will not be accepted.
Important: Products that fail to meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. No Exchange in the Following Cases

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the pickup and replacement process.
Once the defective product is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.
